Guest rooms

Room Rates                                                                      

- Guest suite #1 ............. $49 / night ...suitable for 1-4 persons               
                                    - two QUEEN size beds                                                                  
                                    - a sofa (not sofa bed)
                                    - a wardrobe and a drawers-cabinet
                                    - TV

- Guest suite #2 ............. $39 / night...suitable for 1-2 persons
                                    - one QUEEN size bed                                                                    
                                    - a wardrobe and a drawers-cabinet
                                    - TV

CHECK IN – CHECK OUT TIMES                       

Check in time is 2 PM

Check out time is 12 Noon

RESERVATIONS

The entire payment, damage deposit, and forms must be provided and approved by the Building Management before a reservation can be made.

Reservations are subject to availability and approval.

Maximum advance reservation is 5 consecutive nights. Additional consecutive nights are subject to availability and approval.

Maximum number of nights per owner is 10 nights per calendar year.

CANCELLATION

If the reservation is cancelled more than 2 weeks before the arrival date, the entire deposit is refunded; if cancelled within the 2 week period, the cancellation fee is $50, if the reservation was for more than one night, or the amount of the single night if only one night was reserved.

PAYMENT

Personal Cheque, Cash, Debit or Credit card.

Cheques are payable to “Strata Plan LMS 4050”

LINENS

Towels, Sheets, Pillows, and Linens are NOT provided.

EXTRA CHARGES

The host is responsible after their guest’s departure such that the suite is ready for another guest by 2 pm.  If the guest suite is not cleaned after check out, one hour will be given to the host to clean, or cleaning will be undertaken at a charge of $25 per hour.

2 PM Late Check out is available by request at a charge of $25.  Each hour thereafter is $25.

NO PETS - NO SMOKING

In consideration of guests who may suffer from allergies or respiratory ailments, guests who bring pets or smoke in the suites will be charged $75 to cover the cost of professional cleaning and fumigation.
