($100 rental, $500 damage/cleaning deposit)

- There is no waiting list and the room is rented on first-come first-serve basis.
- Without any payment the room will be hold for two days only.
- Tenants cannot rent the Games Room without an approved and signed Form K.
- Do not engage any obligations before a written confirmation from the building manager for your reservation.
